Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to serve our global community of archers and bowhunters:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. Some Asian and remote regions may have extended delivery times or additional restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We stand behind our products and offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for most items. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition with all components
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return authorization must be obtained (see process below)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made bowstrings & cables (including Compound Strings & Cables, Crossbow Strings & Cables, and Bowstrings & String Making products)
  • Personalized or special-order items
  • Bowfishing gaffs (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened bow string wax containers

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Email Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body Content:
    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Item(s) for Return
    • Reason for Return
    • Preferred Resolution (Refund/Exchange)
    • If exchange, desired replacement item

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items following these guidelines:

  • Use original packaging with all included components
  • For bow strings and cables: carefully coil around cardboard to prevent kinking
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Our string makers and gear experts will inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation once your return is approved.

Refund Details

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection:

  • Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Details

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is approved. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you.

Pro Tip from Our String Makers: When returning bow strings or cables, wrap them around a piece of cardboard (like they arrive) to maintain their integrity during transit. This helps ensure we can properly evaluate the condition.
