Our Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items in the original packaging with all included components. For bow strings and cables, please coil carefully to prevent kinking. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt, our string makers and gear experts will inspect your returned items within 3 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation once your return is approved.

Refund Details

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Please note:

  • Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Details

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is approved. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items

For safety and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made bowstrings & cables (Compound Strings & Cables, Crossbow Strings & Cables, Bowstrings & String Making products)
  • Personalized or special-order items
  • Bowfishing gaffs (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened bow string wax containers
